Join us for a brew, meet new people, and enjoy a relaxed, neurodiverse-friendly space where you can simply be yourself.

There are no circles, no pressure to talk, and no expectations. You can spend time chatting with friends old and new, play games, try different activities, or just sit quietly and enjoy a drink in good company.

The group is a safe and supportive place to learn more about neurodiversity, explore your own experiences, and connect with others who understand. Whether you want to join in, observe, or take some quiet time, you’re free to participate in whatever way feels right for you. If you need a little extra support, a member of staff will always be available to listen.

Come as you are. Join in as much or as little as you like.
