Ways that your business can support us
Charity Partner
Choose us as your Charity Partner and unite your employees around a shared cause. Together, we can develop a programme of fundraising and engagement activities throughout the year, including free training from our teams around a range of themes including, domestic abuse, suicide awareness, bereavement, gambling harms and the impact of complex needs (substance misuse, homelessness, mental ill health etc.).
Corporate Donations
A financial contribution can help us to continue delivering vital services, resources and opportunities for local people. One-off and regular donations are both greatly appreciated and we ensure that they make a big and lasting impact.
Employee Fundraising
Encourage your team to take part in fundraising events, challenges, workplace activities or sponsored initiatives. These are often great ways of encouraging team bonding and performance and can be used as part of your team away days etc.
We can provide support and ideas to help make your fundraising a success, along with social media coverage and features on our website.
Sponsorship Opportunities
Support a specific event, project, programme or campaign and help us to reach more people across our community, for example;
£100 provides craft resources for children and their families to enjoy creative time together following trauma or bereavement.
£200 provides refreshments for our wellbeing walks over 6 months.
£500 provides a trip, for example, the zoo, cinema or bowling, for one of our groups.
We also have larger corporate sponsorship opportunities for events such as our annual ‘Let’s talk about Suicide’ conference and other themed events across the year, including bespoke packages to promote your brand to different audiences dependent on your budget.
Employee Volunteering
Give your staff the opportunity to contribute their skills, expertise and time through volunteering opportunities that support our work.
As part of your team building we can offer volunteer opportunities for your teams to be involved in sparking something great here at Empowerment, for example, helping to transform and maintain our outside space, delivering an awareness raising campaign, or joining us to host a special event for our groups.
