I Am Dylan is a mental wellbeing group for neurodiverse people, providing a safe, inclusive space to socialise, find friendship and peer support.
Providing weekly drop-in sessions, walking groups, social activities and board game sessions for people who may otherwise be hidden, I am Dylan is an important support in a world that many neurodiverse people can find challenging to navigate.  Our space and activities are welcoming and accessible, creating backdrops where people who are neurodiverse can come and be themselves, however that looks or feels; we’re ready for it!
The Autism Partnership Board has evolved to actively welcome the voices of people with lived experience and their families to input into strategy and service provision planning. Seeing people with autism as experts by their own experience has brought inclusion to the forefront, encouraging stories to be told and creating strong foundations for working together, learning together and making systems improvements together.
Blackpool is home to approximately 4,500 members of the Armed Forces Community and their families, many of whom may be neurodiverse, or have struggles with their mental health.
As part of our service provision, we aim to journey alongside you and provide support however we can, be that a listening ear or a helping hand towards your next steps.
Our door is open.

“Groups are great, they give me a good routine and it feels weird if I haven’t been.”
