Whether you’re feeling lonely or struggling with your mental health, need help readjusting to life outside of prison or getting your voice heard, Empowering Blackpool will give you the tools and information you need to start making a positive change.
In each episode, Linzi Cason from the charity Empowerment will hear stories of people who have been in those types of situations themselves, and speak to those who can offer practical help. Empowerment works alongside people in Blackpool and the Fylde Coast who feel they have no voice and are not listened to so they can be empowered to bring about real and positive change to their own lives and the lives of others.
