Mental Health Homeless Team Peer Support Worker
37 hours per week
Salary: £18,278 per annum (Real Living Wage)
29 days annual leave plus bank holidays
Permanent subject to funding
We are seeking to recruit a Peer Support Worker with lived experience of multiple
disadvantage (homelessness, substance misuse, mental illness and offending) to join a
brand new Mental Health Homelessness Multi-Agency Team working across Blackpool and
the Fylde Coast.
You will also have an ability to recognise the potential in everyone, and through your peer
support; empower people who are homeless and experiencing mental illness to access and
engage with specialist services and other forms of community based support.
