Empowerment is enthusiastically supporting National Apprenticeships Week which is taking place at the moment. Empowerment has a proud record of recruiting Apprentices and providing them with really positive experiences. Kevin Glossop, our Performance and Monitoring Officer started off his career as an Empowerment Apprentice.

We are very lucky that Ebonie Parker is our current Apprentice whose role is to provide administrative support to our Blackpool Advocacy Hub Team. Ebonie has really enjoyed her experience with us, and she has made a brilliant contribution to our work.

Empowerment remains committed as a Fylde Coast Charity to supporting Apprenticeships, we feel that as well as the obvious benefits it provides to us as a charity, that we have an ethical responsibility to provide employment and training opportunities for people from our local communities, to develop their talent and hopefully to encourage them to remain on the Fylde Coast during their working career.
